We encourage prospective customers to mention our preferred providers to your employer and to enrol for their services.
If you are interested in purchasing a new bike through a scheme, please feel free to email us and confirm that we support the chosen scheme before your application is made. This is to ensure you avoid any delays, as some providers need to transfer their vouchers over to us.
As you will already appreciate, the cycling industry is extremely busy at present and some models of equipment have been difficult to source from our suppliers and manufacturers. Therefore, if you have a particular model in mind, please contact us so we can work together to get you your preferred bike model or brand.

Fix your Bike Scheme Vouchers are accepted, however bikes need to be booked in to our service department by telephone in advance. We will then contact you with a quote for repair after an initial inspection. We will require your voucher code at the time of pre-booking and the actual voucher and your ID documentation to be produced when the bike is collected. More information.
